Here at Chambury we love our customers, have we mentioned that before ..?


What we love to do the most is make them happy. Well as happy as delivering a learning and performance management system can do.

AWS has tremendous reliability, and which enables us to exceed 99.9%. All the time. This includes customer staging and test sites, eCommerce solutions and of course Totara, our preferred LMS.


It's all monitored 24/7, any issues are fixed with full automation and are managed by our team of highly skills system administrators.


We promise to meet our service level agreements.

We have a brilliant team of people at Chambury, who work hard every day to make sure that our customer queries are answered, both timely and most importantly correctly. We run our stats at every team meeting, even ad-hoc ones (to surprise them!) and we found ...


In the last 90 days our support team met our SLA 97.37% of the time rising to 100% in the last 30 days.

We can confidently say we meet our contracted customer SLAs.


Some suppliers can't meet this and their customers face significant downtime and reliability issues which can be incredibly frustrating.
