It was a huge pleasure to hear that they have been announced as winners as Non-Clinical Team of the Year 2022 for the Mass Vaccination Recruitment Team during the pandemic.
When emotions were high, anxiety at its worst and demand like never before the team at ELHT were able to support the new recruits to the Mass Vaccination Programme in their learning and training skills.
With patient care always a priority, the skills within the Team and the functionality of their Totara based LMS, provided by Chambury Learning, enabled the onboarding of new staff efficiently to accelerate new recruits in undertaking the required level of training and up-skilling and be ready to vaccinate the public.
